Marta and Andrew are simply amazing. They are incredibly educated on the industry and went out of their way for us several times. They’re very patient and will look for things in houses that you may not notice yourself. They will flat out tell you if this is the house for you or not, depending on what you’re looking for. Apart from selling our town house for over asking and finding us our detached for under our budget, Marta and Andrew went above and beyond for us several times. Whether it was staying up late looking at houses for us, negotiating deals, getting us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our sale, or a box of goodies to assist on moving day like Lysol wipes, box cutters, snacks etc. The list can go on and on. A good realtor will find you the house you want. But the best realtors are the ones that really care about their clients and go the extra mile, and that’s Marta and Andrew. We were pleased with them from the very beginning. I’ve dealt with a few other realtors in the past and without a doubt no one compares to them.
